Background
I've spent my career in industries where data feedback loops are fast, the stakes are real, and teams that can't run and read experiments fall behind. First in mobile gaming at Voodoo and Popcore — where I owned analytics end-to-end for top-grossing titles — then at Rebuy, building the data infrastructure and A/B testing capabilities that power both product and CRM decisions.
I work best at the intersection of statistical rigor and business clarity. I build things that last — pipelines, frameworks, dashboards — and I do it with very little supervision required. My bosses tend to find that surprising.
What I do
Rigorous experiment design, statistical power analysis, and results interpretation. Including building the testing infrastructure for teams that don't yet have it.
Cohort analysis, churn modeling, funnel optimization, and user journey mapping. Identifying exactly where and why users disengage — and what to do about it.
End-to-end pipeline design using dbt, Looker, and cloud data warehouses. Building reliable data foundations so teams can actually trust what they're looking at.
Selected Work
A proprietary analytical framework that isolates design quality from difficulty in sequential user journeys. The core insight: standard funnel analysis confounds two completely different problems — expected drop-off from difficulty, and unexpected drop-off from bad design. The Fun Metric decouples them by modeling expected churn from progression and friction, then using the residual as a clean, actionable KPI for design quality.
Validated at Voodoo (+5% LTV), adopted across teams at Popcore, and called "brilliant" by Homa Games in their technical assessment. The framework generalizes to any sequential user journey — onboarding flows, checkout steps, in-app tutorials.
